Josiah is officially ours! His birthparents gave their consent this morning for the adoption and we did our paperwork this afternoon. We did have a little paperwork problem, but my wonderful husband took care of the issue and got it fixed. We arrived at the hospital around 5 this evening to see our baby boy. Josiah will be in the hospital for a few more days so we will be staying here with him. We are very blessed to be able to stay in the room with him. The hospital has been great to us.
First impressions:
Josiah is very strong! He is holding his head up and fights like a champ. He is also very sweet and cuddly. When we first got here he was upset but all he needed was his mommy and daddy and some love. He doesn't like to be put down. He screamed at the nurse when she laid him in his crib. As soon as she picked him up, he stopped. Spoiled! :) He likes to be held and loved on. Well he will get lots of love in our family!!!

Ooh He's just so handsome! I can't wait until you get home so Aunt Kelly can come give him lots of love!!! I love the picture of you and your son and of him staring up at Daddy!! I have one of Sasha staring at Nathan and I just love it!
